Stator-Präzisionskühler

For the standard variant of the stator precision coolers, matching end blocks are available in sizes 3 to 6, optionally as an end block set with cover strip clamp for the one-piece cover band or without cover strip clamp as a simple end block. For the stator precision coolers in the standard variant, two identical end blocks/end block sets are always required. Each end block has a connection to the machine cooling system. One end block serves as a coolant inlet and distributes the incoming cold coolant to the connected cooling profiles. The second end block at the other end of the stator track recombines the heated coolant flows from the cooling profiles and returns them to the machine cooling system via the cooler connection.

For HIWIN linear motors of the LMFA and LMFP series in sizes 3 and 4, a special variant of the stator precision cooler is also available. This is particularly suitable for applications with limited installation space or restricted accessibility. Two different end blocks are used, one of which has the two connections for coolant inlet and outlet and the connections for the cooling profiles. The second end block only has the connections for the cooling profiles and returns the coolant to the first end block. This means the cooler lines can be shorter and maintenance work on the cooling system is easier to carry out, as usually only the end block with the cooler connections needs to be accessible.

The cooling profiles of the stator precision coolers direct the coolant to the end blocks, transferring heat from the stators to the coolant. In order to satisfy the versatile requirements and different system dimensions, the cooling profiles are available in different lengths and can be plugged into each other using the intuitive plug-in connection to match the length of the stator track.
