Revêtement HIWIN HICOAT CZS
HICOAT CZS est un revêtement en zinc très fin qui offre une très bonne protection contre la corrosion, y compris dans les chanfreins et les rayons. La protection catho-dique permet de protéger contre la corrosion les petites surfaces sans revêtement. Cela permet de prolonger considérablement la durée d’utilisation en comparaison des pièces sans revêtement. Le revêtement CZS est disponible pour les séries HG, EG et CG. Revêtement HIWIN HICOAT CTS
HICOAT CTS est un chromage fin qui offre une bonne protection anti-corrosion ainsi qu’une très bonne protection contre l’usure. L’excellente résistance à l’usure résulte de a dureté très élevée de ce revêtement. Le revêtement CTS est sans Cr(VI) et apte au contact alimentaire. Capacité de charge statique C0
Lorsqu’un guidage sur rail profilé, en mouvement ou à l’arrêt, est soumis à des charges ou des chocs excessifs, une déformation locale durable se crée entre le chemin de roulement et les billes. Dès que cette déformation durable dépasse une certaine taille, elle perturbe le bon fonctionnement du guidage. La capacité de charge statique, selon sa définition fondamentale, est une charge statique provoquant une déformation durable de 0,0001 × diamètre de la bille au point de contact qui est le plus soumis aux charges. Les valeurs sont indiquées dans les tableaux pour chaque guidage sur rail profilé. À l’aide de ces tableaux, le constructeur peut sélectionner le guidage sur rail profilé adapté. La charge statique maximale à laquelle un guidage sur rail profilé est soumis ne doit pas dépasser la capacité de charge statique.

Le couple statique autorisé est le couple qui, dans une direction et des dimensions données, correspond à la plus grande charge statique possible des pièces mobiles. Le couple statique autorisé pour les systèmes de mouvement linéaire est défini dans trois directions : MX, MY et MZ.
Bloc de lubrification à long terme EC
Le bloc de lubrification à long terme prolonge significativement les intervalles de relubrification. Selon l’application et les conditions ambiantes, jusqu'à la lubrification permanente. Il réduit en outre considérablement la consommation de lubrifiant car seule la quantité de lubrifiant nécessaire est appliquée. Grâce à sa forme compacte et à sa structure spéciale, le patin peut être monté dans n’importe quelle position souhaitée, sans que cela influence le pouvoir lubrifiant. Le bloc de lubrification à long terme peut être utilisé à une température ambiante comprise entre -10 °C et +60 °C.

Displacement resistance depending on lubrication condition
The displacement resistance of a carriage depends on many factors, e.g. load, temperature, lubricant (grease, fluid grease, oil), lubricant quantity, travel speed, series, size or the sealing system. A concrete specification of the displacement resistance is therefore only possible with defined general conditions. An essential factor here is the lubricant and the lubrication condition. Especially in freshly lubricated condition, the displacement resistance is clearly increased. However, after a running-in period of 15 metres, the displacement resistance is reduced again by approx. 50%.
E2 long-term lubrication unit of a linear guideway
The E2 long-term lubrication unit for our linear units of series HG/QH, RG and EG/QE make it possible to greatly lengthen lubrication intervals, thereby reducing the number of maintenance cycles. The oil in the lubrication tank is pumped to the lubrication plate via the connecting piece (capillary effect). The oil is dispensed onto the profile rail via the contact surfaces of the lubrication plate.
Linear guideway – grease lubrication via lubricating nipple
In the following video, you can see how a lubricating nipple adapter can be mounted on the carriage of a linear guideway. This reduces the effort for lubrication to a minimum. Lubricants basically reduce wear, protect the component from contamination and thus extend the service life. The lubricant is a constructional element and should therefore be taken into consideration when designing a machine. Like any rolling bearing, HIWIN linear guideways also require an adequate supply of lubricant. Both grease and oil lubrication are possible.
