Revêtement HIWIN HICOAT CZS
HICOAT CZS est un revêtement en zinc très fin qui offre une très bonne protection contre la corrosion, y compris dans les chanfreins et les rayons. La protection catho-dique permet de protéger contre la corrosion les petites surfaces sans revêtement. Cela permet de prolonger considérablement la durée d’utilisation en comparaison des pièces sans revêtement. Le revêtement CZS est disponible pour les séries HG, EG et CG. Revêtement HIWIN HICOAT CTS
HICOAT CTS est un chromage fin qui offre une bonne protection anti-corrosion ainsi qu’une très bonne protection contre l’usure. L’excellente résistance à l’usure résulte de a dureté très élevée de ce revêtement. Le revêtement CTS est sans Cr(VI) et apte au contact alimentaire. Il est disponible pour les séries HG, EG, CG et WE. Principle of operation of a linear guideway
A linear guideway makes it possible to move in a linear motion with rolling elements. The use of balls and rolls between the rail and block in a linear guideway makes precise linear movements possible.
Displacement resistance depending on lubrication condition
The displacement resistance of a carriage depends on many factors, e.g. load, temperature, lubricant (grease, fluid grease, oil), lubricant quantity, travel speed, series, size or the sealing system. A concrete specification of the displacement resistance is therefore only possible with defined general conditions. An essential factor here is the lubricant and the lubrication condition. Especially in freshly lubricated condition, the displacement resistance is clearly increased. However, after a running-in period of 15 metres, the displacement resistance is reduced again by approx. 50%.

Long-term lubrication unit of a linear guideway
The long-term lubrication unit for linear guideways ensures that lubrication intervals can be increased many times over, thus reducing the number of maintenance intervals significantly. Depending on requirements, up to two long-term lubrication units can be mounted on each block.
