Statická nosnost C0
Pokud je lineární vedení behem pohybu nebo v klidovém stavu vystaveno príliš vysokému zatížení nebo nárazum, dochází k trvalé lokální deformaci mezi dráhou a kulickami. Jakmile tato trvalá deformace prekrocí urcitou úroven, zhorší se plynulý provoz vedení. Podle základní definice odpovídá statická únosnost statickému zatížení, které zpusobuje trvalou deformaci o velikosti 0,0001 × prumer kulicky v míste styku, které je vystaveno nejvyššímu zatížení. Hodnoty jsou uvedeny v tabulkách pro jednotlivá lineární vedení. Konstruktér muže tyto tabulky použít k výberu vhodného lineárního vedení. Maximální statické zatížení, kterému je lineární vedení vystaveno, nesmí prekrocit statickou únosnost.
Přípustný statický moment M0
Prípustný statický moment je moment, který odpovídá maximálnímu možnému zatížení pohyblivých cástí v definovaném smeru a velikosti vzhledem ke statické únosnosti. Prípustný statický moment je definován pro lineární pohybové systémy pro tri smery: MX, MY a MZ.
Jednotka pro dlouhodobé mazání E2
Jednotka pro dlouhodobé mazání výrazne prodlužuje intervaly domazávání. V závislosti na aplikaci a okolních podmínkách až doživotní mazání. Výrazne také snižuje spotrebu maziva, protože je aplikováno pouze skutecne potrebné množství maziva. Díky kompaktnímu designu a speciální konstrukci lze vozík namontovat v libovolné poloze, aniž by byl ovlivnen úcinek mazání. Jednotku pro dlouhodobé mazání lze používat pri okolní teplote od -10 °C do +60 °C.

Principle of operation of a linear guideway
A linear guideway makes it possible to move in a linear motion with rolling elements. The use of balls and rolls between the rail and block in a linear guideway makes precise linear movements possible.

Displacement resistance depending on lubrication condition
The displacement resistance of a carriage depends on many factors, e.g. load, temperature, lubricant (grease, fluid grease, oil), lubricant quantity, travel speed, series, size or the sealing system. A concrete specification of the displacement resistance is therefore only possible with defined general conditions. An essential factor here is the lubricant and the lubrication condition. Especially in freshly lubricated condition, the displacement resistance is clearly increased. However, after a running-in period of 15 metres, the displacement resistance is reduced again by approx. 50%.
E2 long-term lubrication unit of a linear guideway
The E2 long-term lubrication unit for our linear units of series HG/QH, RG and EG/QE make it possible to greatly lengthen lubrication intervals, thereby reducing the number of maintenance cycles. The oil in the lubrication tank is pumped to the lubrication plate via the connecting piece (capillary effect). The oil is dispensed onto the profile rail via the contact surfaces of the lubrication plate.
Linear guideway – grease lubrication via lubricating nipple
In the following video, you can see how a lubricating nipple adapter can be mounted on the carriage of a linear guideway. This reduces the effort for lubrication to a minimum. Lubricants basically reduce wear, protect the component from contamination and thus extend the service life. The lubricant is a constructional element and should therefore be taken into consideration when designing a machine. Like any rolling bearing, HIWIN linear guideways also require an adequate supply of lubricant. Both grease and oil lubrication are possible.
