HICOAT CZS HIWIN bevonat
A HICOAT CZS olyan vékony rétegu horganybevonat, ami jó korrózióvédelmet ás jó kopásvédelmet biztosít még a sugarakban és az élekben is. A katódos védohatásnak köszönhetoen a kisebb csupasz helyek is védettek maradnak. Ez a bevonattal el nem látott alkatrészekkel ellentétben egyértelmuen hosszabb ideig használható. A CZS bevonat a HG, EG, és CG gyártási sorozatnál áll rendelkezésre. További információkat a "Profilsínvezetések" katalógus "HIWIN bevonatok a profilsínvezetésekhez” fejezetében találhat.
Statikus terhelhetőség C0
Ha a profilsínvezetés a mozgatás vagy nyugalmi helyzet közben túlságosan nagy terhelésnek vagy ütésnek van kitéve, a menetpálya és a golyók között helyi maradandó deformáció keletkezik. Ha ez a maradandó deformáció egy bizonyos mértéket meghalad, az csökkenti a megvezetés zökkenomentes muködését. A statikus terhelhetoség az általános meghatározás szerint olyan statikus terhelésnek felel meg, ami maradandó 0,0001 × golyóátméro deformációt okoz azon az érintkezési ponton, ami a legjobban terhelodik. A táblázatban az értékek minden egyes profilsínvezetésre vonatkozóan kerülnek megadásra. Ezen táblázatok segítségével a tervezo ki tudja választani a megfelelo profilsínvezetést. A maximális statikus terhelés, aminek a profilsínvezetés ki van téve, a statikus terhelhetoséget nem haladhatja meg.
Megengedett statikus nyomaték M0
A megengedett statikus nyomaték az a nyomaték, ami irányában és méretében megfelel a mozgatott alkatrészek statikus terhelhetoségi értékkel megadott legnagyobb terhelhetoségének. A megengedett statikus nyomaték a lineáris mozgatórendszereknél három irányhoz van meghatározva: MX, MY és MZ.
Tömöracél futókocsi, SE
Tartósan 80 °C feletti homérsékleteknél való használathoz acél terelorendszerekkel ellátott "tömör acél"-futókocsi ajánlott. A standard végzáró tömítések hoálló végtömítésekre, a profilsín muanyag fedosapkái pedig sárgaréz fedosapkákra cserélhetok.
Long-term lubrication unit E2
The long-term lubrication unit extends the relubrication intervals significantly. Depending on the application and ambient conditions this can last for the entire service life. It also significantly reduces the amount of lubricant that is used as only the required amount of lubricant is applied. The compact design and special structure mean that the block can be installed in any position without having an impact on the lubricating effect. The long-term lubrication unit can be used at an ambient temperature of -10°C to +60°C.
HIWIN coating HICOAT CTS
HICOAT CTS is a thin layer chrome coating that offers good corrosion protection and a very high wear protection. The high wear protection results from the extraordinary hardness of the coating. The CTS coating is free of Cr(VI) and suitable for use in food stuffs. It is available for the HG, EG, CG and WE series. Principle of operation of a linear guideway
A linear guideway makes it possible to move in a linear motion with rolling elements. The use of balls and rolls between the rail and block in a linear guideway makes precise linear movements possible.

Displacement resistance depending on lubrication condition
The displacement resistance of a carriage depends on many factors, e.g. load, temperature, lubricant (grease, fluid grease, oil), lubricant quantity, travel speed, series, size or the sealing system. A concrete specification of the displacement resistance is therefore only possible with defined general conditions. An essential factor here is the lubricant and the lubrication condition. Especially in freshly lubricated condition, the displacement resistance is clearly increased. However, after a running-in period of 15 metres, the displacement resistance is reduced again by approx. 50%.
E2 long-term lubrication unit of a linear guideway
The E2 long-term lubrication unit for our linear units of series HG/QH, RG and EG/QE make it possible to greatly lengthen lubrication intervals, thereby reducing the number of maintenance cycles. The oil in the lubrication tank is pumped to the lubrication plate via the connecting piece (capillary effect). The oil is dispensed onto the profile rail via the contact surfaces of the lubrication plate.
Linear guideway – grease lubrication via lubricating nipple
In the following video, you can see how a lubricating nipple adapter can be mounted on the carriage of a linear guideway. This reduces the effort for lubrication to a minimum. Lubricants basically reduce wear, protect the component from contamination and thus extend the service life. The lubricant is a constructional element and should therefore be taken into consideration when designing a machine. Like any rolling bearing, HIWIN linear guideways also require an adequate supply of lubricant. Both grease and oil lubrication are possible.
Assembly and disassembly of cover caps
