Static load rating C0
If a linear guideway system is subjected to excessive loads or impacts during movement or at a standstill, localised permanent deformation occurs between the track and balls. As soon as this permanent deformation exceeds a certain level, it affects smooth operation of the guideway. According to its basic definition, the static load rating corresponds to a static load that causes permanent deformation of 0.0001 × ball diameter at the contact point that is loaded the most. The values are given in the tables for each linear guideway system. Using these tables, the designer can select a suitable linear guideway system. The maximum static load to which a linear guideway system is subjected must not exceed the static load rating.
Permissible static moment M0
The permissible static moment is the moment which, in a defined direction and size, corresponds to the maximum possible load on the moving parts by the basic static load rating. The permissible static moment is defined for linear motion systems for three directions: MX, MY and MZ.
Solid steel block SE
For continuous operation at temperatures above 80 °C, solid steel blocks with steel deflection systems are used. The standard end seals are replaced by heat-resistant end seals and the plastic cover caps of the profile rail by brass cover caps.
HIWIN coating HICOAT CZS
HICOAT CZS is a very thin zinc coating that offers a very good corrosion protection, even on radii and chamfers. Smaller bare parts stay protected by the cathodic corrosion protection. Compared with uncoated pieces this leads to significantly higher periods of use. The CZS coating is available for the HG, EG and CG series. HIWIN coating HICOAT CTS
HICOAT CTS is a thin layer chrome coating that offers good corrosion protection and a very high wear protection. The high wear protection results from the extraordinary hardness of the coating. The CTS coating is free of Cr(VI) and suitable for use in food stuffs. It is available for the HG, EG, CG and WE series. Long-term lubrication unit E2
The long-term lubrication unit extends the relubrication intervals significantly. Depending on the application and ambient conditions this can last for the entire service life. It also significantly reduces the amount of lubricant that is used as only the required amount of lubricant is applied. The compact design and special structure mean that the block can be installed in any position without having an impact on the lubricating effect. The long-term lubrication unit can be used at an ambient temperature of -10°C to +60°C.

Résistance au déplacement en fonction de l'état de lubrification
La résistance au déplacement d'un chariot dépend de nombreux facteurs, par exemple la charge, la température, le lubrifiant (graisse, graisse fluide, huile), la quantité de lubrifiant, la vitesse de déplacement, la série, la taille ou le système d'étanchéité. Une spécification spécifique de la résistance au déplacement n'est donc possible que si les conditions générales sont définies. Un facteur important est le lubrifiant et les conditions de lubrification. En particulier dans un état fraîchement lubrifié, la résistance au déplacement est sensiblement augmentée. Cependant, après une période de rodage de 15 mètres, la résistance au déplacement est à nouveau réduite d'environ 50 %.

Bloc de lubrification à long terme E2 d’un guidage sur rail profilé
Le bloc de lubrification à long terme E2 pour nos unités linéaires des série HG/QH, RG et EG/QE permet d’accroître largement les intervalles de lubrification et donc de nettement réduire le nombre d’intervalles d’entretien. L’huile située dans le réservoir de lubrification est alimentée vers la plaque de lubrification à l’aide de la conduite de raccordement (effet de capillarité). L’huile est ensuite amenée vers le rail profilé par les surfaces de contact de la plaque de lubrification.
Guidage sur rail profilé – graissage par un raccord de graissage
Dans la vidéo suivante, vous voyez la manière dont un adaptateur de raccord de graissage peut être monté sur le chariot d’un guidage sur rail profilé. Cela réduit à un minimum les frais de lubrification. L’utilisation de lubrifiants réduit l’usure, protège le composant de l’encrassement et prolonge ainsi la durée d’utilisation. Le lubrifiant est un élément structurel qui devrait donc être pris en compte dès la conception d’une machine. Comme chaque palier à rouleau, les guidages sur rail profilé HIWIN ont également besoin d’un approvisionnement suffisant en lubrifiant. En principe, un graissage aussi bien qu’une lubrification à huile sont possibles.
Fonctionnement d’un guidage sur rail profilé
Un guidage sur rail profilé permet un mouvement linéaire à l’aide d’éléments de roulement. Grâce à l’utilisation de billes ou de rouleaux entre le rail et le chariot, un guidage sur rail profilé est en mesure de réaliser un mouvement linéaire d’une extrême précision.
