Statiske bæretal C0
Hvis en profilskinneføring udsættes for urimeligt høje belastninger eller slag i bevægelse eller stilstand, opstår der en lokal blivende deformation mellem løbebane og kugler. Når denne blivende deformation overskrider et bestemt mål, påvirker det føringens problemfrie drift. Det statiske bæretal svarer iht. sin grundlæggende definition til en statisk belastning, der medfører en blivende deformation på 0,0001 × kuglens diameter ved kontaktpunktet, der belastes kraftigst. Værdierne oplyses i tabellerne til hver profilskinneføring. Ved hjælp af disse tabeller kan konstruktøren vælge en passende profilskinneføring. Den maksimale statiske belastning, som en profilskinneføring udsættes for, må ikke overskride det statiske bæretal.
Tilladt statisk moment M0
Det tilladte statiske moment er det moment, der svarer til den størst mulige belastning af de bevægelige dele i en defineret retning og størrelse på grund af de statiske bæretal. Det tilladte statiske moment er for lineære bevægelsessystemer defineret til tre retninger: MX, MY og MZ.
HIWIN-bekædning HICOAT CZS
HICOAT CZS er en meget tynd zink-beklædning, der giver en yderst god korrosionsbeskyttelse, også i radier og affasninger. Mindre blanke steder vil fortsat være korrosionsbeskyttet på grund af den katodiske beskyttelsesvirkning. På den måde nås – sammenlignet med ubeklædte dele – en betydeligt højere brugsvarighed. HIWIN-bekædning HICOAT CTS
HICOAT CTS er en tyndlags-forkroming, der giver en god korrosionsbeskyttelse og en meget god beskyttelse mod slitage. Den høje slidstyrke stammer fra beklædningens meget store hårdhed. CTS-beklædningen Cr(VI)-fri og levnedsmiddelegnet. Den findes til serierne HG, EG, CG og WE. Langtidssmøreenhed EC
Langtidssmøreenheden forlænger eftersmøreintervallerne betydeligt. Afhængigt af anvendelse og omgivelsesbetingelser, op til livstidssmøring. Desuden reduceres smøremiddelforbruget betydeligt, da kun den smøremiddelmængde, der er brug for, overføres. Takket være den kompakte konstruktion samt den specielle opbygning kan løbevognen monteres i enhver ønsket position, uden at smøreeffekten påvirkes. Langtidssmøreenheden kan bruges ved en omgivelsestemperatur fra -10 °C til +60 °C.

Displacement resistance depending on lubrication condition
The displacement resistance of a carriage depends on many factors, e.g. load, temperature, lubricant (grease, fluid grease, oil), lubricant quantity, travel speed, series, size or the sealing system. A concrete specification of the displacement resistance is therefore only possible with defined general conditions. An essential factor here is the lubricant and the lubrication condition. Especially in freshly lubricated condition, the displacement resistance is clearly increased. However, after a running-in period of 15 metres, the displacement resistance is reduced again by approx. 50%.
E2 long-term lubrication unit of a linear guideway
The E2 long-term lubrication unit for our linear units of series HG/QH, RG and EG/QE make it possible to greatly lengthen lubrication intervals, thereby reducing the number of maintenance cycles. The oil in the lubrication tank is pumped to the lubrication plate via the connecting piece (capillary effect). The oil is dispensed onto the profile rail via the contact surfaces of the lubrication plate.
Linear guideway – grease lubrication via lubricating nipple
In the following video, you can see how a lubricating nipple adapter can be mounted on the carriage of a linear guideway. This reduces the effort for lubrication to a minimum. Lubricants basically reduce wear, protect the component from contamination and thus extend the service life. The lubricant is a constructional element and should therefore be taken into consideration when designing a machine. Like any rolling bearing, HIWIN linear guideways also require an adequate supply of lubricant. Both grease and oil lubrication are possible.
Assembly and disassembly of cover caps
The cover caps are used to keep the mounting holes of the profile rails free of chips and dirt. In this video, we show you how to easily assemble and disassemble steel, brass or plastic cover caps.
