Ha a profilsínvezetés a mozgatás vagy nyugalmi helyzet közben túlságosan nagy terhelésnek vagy ütésnek van kitéve, a menetpálya és a golyók között helyi maradandó deformáció keletkezik. Ha ez a maradandó deformáció egy bizonyos mértéket meghalad, az csökkenti a megvezetés zökkenomentes muködését. A statikus terhelhetoség az általános meghatározás szerint olyan statikus terhelésnek felel meg, ami maradandó 0,0001 × golyóátméro deformációt okoz azon az érintkezési ponton, ami a legjobban terhelodik. A táblázatban az értékek minden egyes profilsínvezetésre vonatkozóan kerülnek megadásra. Ezen táblázatok segítségével a tervezo ki tudja választani a megfelelo profilsínvezetést. A maximális statikus terhelés, aminek a profilsínvezetés ki van téve, a statikus terhelhetoséget nem haladhatja meg.

Megengedett statikus nyomaték M0
A megengedett statikus nyomaték az a nyomaték, ami irányában és méretében megfelel a mozgatott alkatrészek statikus terhelhetoségi értékkel megadott legnagyobb terhelhetoségének. A megengedett statikus nyomaték a lineáris mozgatórendszereknél három irányhoz van meghatározva: MX, MY és MZ.

Principle of operation of a linear guideway
A linear guideway makes it possible to move in a linear motion with rolling elements. The use of balls and rolls between the rail and block in a linear guideway makes precise linear movements possible.
Displacement resistance depending on lubrication condition
The displacement resistance of a carriage depends on many factors, e.g. load, temperature, lubricant (grease, fluid grease, oil), lubricant quantity, travel speed, series, size or the sealing system. A concrete specification of the displacement resistance is therefore only possible with defined general conditions. An essential factor here is the lubricant and the lubrication condition. Especially in freshly lubricated condition, the displacement resistance is clearly increased. However, after a running-in period of 15 metres, the displacement resistance is reduced again by approx. 50%.

Linear guideway – grease lubrication via lubricating nipple
In the following video, you can see how a lubricating nipple adapter can be mounted on the carriage of a linear guideway. This reduces the effort for lubrication to a minimum. Lubricants basically reduce wear, protect the component from contamination and thus extend the service life. The lubricant is a constructional element and should therefore be taken into consideration when designing a machine. Like any rolling bearing, HIWIN linear guideways also require an adequate supply of lubricant. Both grease and oil lubrication are possible.

Long-term lubrication unit of a linear guideway
The long-term lubrication unit for linear guideways ensures that lubrication intervals can be increased many times over, thus reducing the number of maintenance intervals significantly. Depending on requirements, up to two long-term lubrication units can be mounted on each block.
