Our DATORKER® Thin Series strain wave gear features a particularly short flexspline. They offer powerful and precise shaft gear technology in a particularly slim design. With sizes ranging from 14 to 32 and reduction ratios from 50:1 to 160:1, we offer a wide variety of applications where every millimeter counts – without compromising on performance and backlash. The strain wave gear is therefore ideal for use in robotics with compact axis designs, in precision engineering, in automation with limited installation space, as well as in medical technology and measuring systems.

All types are available on request and can be customized to your requirements.


Type:

  • DTC-CE: maximum space savings and particularly compact design for extremely tight installation conditions
  • DTC-PE: 50% space savings, backlash-free, integrated crossed roller bearing for high axial and radial loads
  • DTC-PE-M: 50% space savings, backlash-free, tilt-resistant crossed roller bearing for maximum rigidity, additional coating of the crossed roller bearing for corrosion protection
  • DTH-PE: 50% space savings, backlash-free, connection via hollow shaft, integrated crossed roller bearing for high axial and radial loads
