We supply our UR roller guides for all axes to a customer’s diverse manufacturing facility in Warsaw – covering a range from conventional and CNC-controlled universal milling machines through to CNC vertical machining centres, CNC 5-axis vertical machining centres and CNC slant-bed lathes.
UR roller guides are linear guides with roller elements which, thanks to line contact, enable particularly high rigidity and load-carrying capacity. They are used in particular where high cutting forces occur during machining and maximum system rigidity is required.
In the various machine designs, these heavy load guides play a central role in ensuring precise, rigid and process-reliable motion control of all axes. They are used in milling and machining technology to minimise displacement during the process and to ensure consistently high machining quality.
The high running accuracy of the guides ensures reproducible positioning across all axes. At the same time, the increased system rigidity has a direct impact on machining results: vibrations are reduced, surface finishes are improved and dimensional deviations are minimised.
The robust sizing of the roller guides, as well as their high resistance to shock loads and vibrations, contribute to high machine availability. Precision is maintained over the long term, even under continuous load during multi-shift operation.
Compared to recirculating ball guides, roller guides offer higher load-carrying capacity and rigidity, making them particularly suitable for applications in high-performance milling and heavy-duty machining.
Our UR roller guides ensure maximum rigidity and precision in your milling and machining centres too.
