High performance for maximum dynamics and precision
Our CV axes feature an integrated linear motor that does not require any mechanical transmission elements. This means there are no losses due to backlash, friction or wear – and movement remains precise at all times.
An optional weight compensation function, which is magnetic by type but can also be implemented pneumatically, reduces the motor load in vertical applications, lowers energy consumption and expands the range of applications for the axis.
The particularly light cantilever ensures minimal moving mass while maintaining high rigidity. This enables very high accelerations (up to 80 m/s²) and speeds (up to 5 m/s), making it ideal for processes that require both speed and precision.
