Rotary tables

The DMS series is available with a functional safety encoder and is suitable for cleanrooms up to ISO class 2. The extremely rigid coupling between the motor and load in conjunction with a quality servo drive controller provides for outstanding acceleration properties and an unvarying torque. In addition to incremental encoders, absolute encoders with functional safety or high-resolution types are also available. The high-torque and ready-to-install rotary axes are available in a range of sizes and with diverse options. The compact DMN series is particularly flat and available with a functional safety encoder. They are suitable for all applications in which high rigidity and precision as well as the smallest possible dimensions are required. Typical areas of application for DMN rotary tables include LED, solar cell and semiconductor production. The maintenance-free rotary axes achieve a high positioning accuracy through the use of precision bearings and optical encoders. In addition to incremental encoders, absolute encoders with functional safety or high-resolution types are also available. Designed with hollow shafts, the rotary tables allow media, cables systems and mechanisms to pass through with ease.

Vertical rotary axes in the RCV series are direct-drive, maintenance-free precision axes for the most demanding requirements. Powerful torque motors enable high speeds of up to 1,000 revolutions per minute (RPM), extreme acceleration and absolutely backlash-free operation. High-resolution encoders ensure accuracies of up to ±5 angular seconds. With a load capacity of up to 800 kg, the RCV series offers powerful, perfectly integrable solutions. Ultra-flat rotary table with large hollow shaft. Used in semiconductor production and inspection, the extremely flat, dynamic and maintenance-free rotary axes are suitable for applications in which high positioning accuracy and synchronisation quality are required. The tilt-resistant, backlash-free design achieves a high torque density despite its low height. The high-resolution encoders are available as an incremental type or with an absolute interface.
