Linear axes

Configure your individual linear axis, double axis or multiaxis system directly in our online configurator. With just a few clicks, you can adapt the product exactly to your requirements and individually choose the design, drive type, stroke and a wide range of options such as carriage length, limit switches or dust protection, to name but a few. A CAD model is available to download as soon as configuration is complete and you have the option to order your configured product directly.

HIWIN HD double axes are positioning modules featuring two HM-B series belt axes connected to each other via a synchronous shaft. The stroke and the distance between the two axes can be adjusted in millimetre steps. HIWIN double axes are ideal for applications requiring a wide bolting surface or an additional carriage for Y-axis support.

HIWIN linear axes with toothed belt drive enable high travel speeds and long travel distances. Thanks to a freely adjustable stroke in millimetre increments as well as a variaty of options (e.g. steel cover strip, limit switch, distance measuring system and additional carriages in various sizes), the linear axes can be individually adapted to the respective application requirements.

HIWIN linear axes with ballscrew drive are particularly suitable for applications with with increased demands on accuracy. Thanks to a freely adjustable stroke in millimetre increments as well as a variaty of options, the linear axes can be individually adapted to the respective application requirements.

HIWIN linear axes with linear motor drive are specifically ideal for applications with the highest demands on dynamics, accuracy and synchronism while at the same time minimizing maintenance. Thanks to a freely adjustable stroke in millimetre increments as well as a variaty of options, the linear motor axes can be individually adapted to the respective application requirements.

If the reach of a cobot is not sufficient for an application, the HT aluminium linear tables and the smart lightweight robots complement each other perfectly, both visually and technologically, to form a 7th axis system. Thanks to a freely adjustable stroke in millimetre increments as well as a variety of options (e.g. various drive types, steel cover strip, limit switch, energy chain), the axes can be individually adapted to the respective application requirements. The robot axes are available for various robot makes and are supplied directly with a suitable adapter for the robot.
